I think it's ok if sold with everything at the 40.00 mark but as a stand alone i wouldn't waste my money on a dx 9 game at that cost even for my dual to quad sli setup, i want to push my cards to work gtx 680 4gb. They changed the controller format saves at when you get to a save point,and to pause the game you still can die cause it just pulls up your hud although they have residentevil.net with some extra content you can unlock their, so it ok but not worth they money as standalone.i m glad i got two games for the price of one.

Be warned p.s. Kb2670838 windows update will keep re5 from working in dx 10 mode so be warned other than that the story line is good. 4 people to choose from so i would say if it bundled in a deal then split the cost of the games if not wait to get it cheaper. There's just too much QTE and cutscreen, ruining the gameplay for me.
It sounds like any other review I've read. The cutscreen I can tolerate but the QTE is very annoying. If you screw up on the QTE, you have to start over from the last save point and you can't skip the cutscreen cinemas.The worst part is the aiming. I swear I had so many headshot just miss to a point I have to stand and shoot just like RE5. Even when I'm standing still and made sure I had a headshot I would still miss!
You run out of ammo fast and they're hard to kill if you don't get a headshot. The sad part was. It was on easy!! I had to revert to using my knife a few times to conserve ammo.
